R&R works closely with customers to understand their specific application. As a result of this, we are able to engineer products to meet specific customer requirements.
Quality Control
Every component and sub-assembly is checked visually and tested separately with special equipment. The entire unit is final tested under load, and performance data is kept on file.
Ease of Installation and Documentation
Before we ship a unit, we ask about the application so that we can match the parameters of the unit to the specific application as well as send the correct hook-up print. These prints allow most installers to connect our unit to their system without further help. Our technical staff is available for installers who may need additional help. Our customers appreciate the documentation and support we provide and have told us that other companies do not do this as well as R&R.
CSA Approval
All component parts, from magnetic wire and steel in transformers, discrete components and circuit board layouts to cases that house the unit, have been subject to the CSA approval process. Most of our products are CSA approved. They are all manufactured using the same quality materials and design criteria. Four times each year, the R&R plant is inspected by the Canadian Standards Association.
